for home builders and design centers, we pick up the products from your warehouse or supplier and deliver them to the home/unit. set up of appliances and assembly of furniture or other items is performed by our professionaly trained delivery teams, ensuring a first time completion and a quality result.
We coordinate delivery and set up times with your builder client or superintendent to ensure construction schedules are maintained. We can coordinate multiple buildings and sites either via a drop load, or, bulk set up to match your schedule. This ensures that close dates are met.
for retailers, we pick up your customer's merchandise from your store or centralized warehouse/dc and provide final mile delivery and basic set up.
We'll provide your customer with a 3 hour delivery window and keep them informed throughout the route of their status. Unlike many companies, our customer contact is live to ensure clear communication to prevent delivery disruptions. We can also contact your customers via text or e-mail if they prefer.
